Return of goods exerting your right of withdrawal You are kindly requested to return the goods or deliver them to Lombardi Maria S.a.s. di Peduto Paola, via Ugo Palermo, 1 80127 Napoli tel./fax 0815798590 info@linealombardi.it , without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period.
 The direct cost of returning the goods will be on your expense.
The estimated cost should be a maximum of approximately EUR 150 depending on the volume of the products to be returned.
You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The products to be returned must be unused, contained exclusively in their original wrapping and sent to the address Lombardi Maria S.a.s di Peduto Paola, via Ugo Palermo,1 80127 Napoli tel./fax 0815798590 with costs on behalf of the Customer. If the returned products do not present their original wrapping and, in  any case, are found to have been used under any circumstances, the right of withdrawal will automatically be considered lost. The products will therefore not be accepted and will be immediately returned to the sender at their expense.

Timing of Refund in Application of the Right of Withdrawal and Competent Court Total paid invoice no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal.

The refund shall be paid by bank transfer (to the coordinates indicated by the Consumer).
The only costs charged to the Consumer will be those relating to the delivery for the return of the goods. For civil disputes relating to the application of the “Right of Withdrawal” the mandatory territorial jurisdiction is of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the territory of the Italian Republic.

Privacy (D.Lgs. n. 196/2003) The personal data requested when placing the order are compulsory to comply with specific legislative provisions as well as to fulfil the obligations of the contract and are collected and processed to satisfy the express requests of the customer and will not be under any circumstances or for any reason passed on to third parties. Processing will be carried out for a period not exceeding that strictly necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes described above. Personal data shall not be disclosed to third parties, unless strictly necessary for the performance of this contract. The warranty is activated by retaining and showing a copy of the purchase invoice, the warranty period varies depending on the product and the manufacturer, therefore please refer to the warranty certificate that accompanies the product. Any free products are not covered by warranty.

Loss of Warranty The warranty is unequivocally forfeited for all products that have been subject to use that is different and/or improper from what described in the use-maintenance and/or warranty documents.

Delivery times and methods The expected delivery date is not considered categorical but merely indicative. No damages can be claimed for failure to meet the delivery date. 
Delivery will take place at street level; delivery to the apartment floor may be requested at additional charge. Under no circumstances will delivery be made inside the home.

Shipping We ship your purchases throughout Italy free of charge. The delivery of the mattress and/or our other products in the on-line catalogue takes place at street level, but it is possible to request, at additional charge, delivery to the home floor, simply indicate it in the appropriate box in the order form.

The expected delivery date is not definite but merely indicative. No damages can be claimed for failure to meet the delivery date. In any case, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of shipment. Our shipments are insured, so if a damaged package is delivered, accept it subject to verification or refuse it, explaining that the packaging is broken, and we will send you back what you have ordered.
